2020-2021 Green Fellows 

Bee Aréchiga & Nancy Juarez 

Bee Aréchiga is a fourth year Communications & Psychology major and Domes resident. They've served as a board member for the Solar Community Housing Association for the past 3 years and regularly hosted events at the Domes that centered the celebration and artistic expression of marginalized voices. They're passionate about curating holistic approaches to wellness that fight against capitalist consumer norms and forging community through creative practice.

Their Green Fellowship project focuses on the archival of ancestral knowledge surrounding the uses of medicinal plants and the importance of connecting with and honoring the land we inhabit. They're currently working on a comprehensive online database about native plant life and designing an herbal garden for the Domes which will come to life late Winter quarter.
